But not just any lasagne.

Haggis Lasagne!

After a hard morning shopping for wedding stuff, lunch was in order. We decided on The Wellington as it was on our route home. After checking out the specials, how could I resist?

It was surprisingly tasty.

It reminded us of a restaurant we heard of, but never got the chance to visit, on holiday last year.
It was an Indian/Italian.
Naturally our minds started coming up with possible dishes they would serve.

Chicken carbonara jalzrezi

Lamb bhoona ravioli

Beef Madras bolognese

The possibilities are endless.

This event has also inspired me to investigate our options for our wedding meal.

Our main course could very well be chicken tikka lasagne
