Going, going. Gone.

The petals were looking very sad... so I pulled them all off and am in the process of trying to dry them out! 

I bought some filters a while back... a much cheaper option than buying a macro lens and I used one of them for this image. Apparently the quality is not as good as using a macro, however, I am a beginner so it really doesn't matter to me....... yet! :)
