Evil intent - right in front of the Cathedral too!

Glorious hot hot day and Bristol was awash with summer clothes, bare feet in the fountains and people lying out on the grass - summer has come (and all the litter too - why can't people take their rubbish away with them instead of leaving it on the grass?)
