Fruit cake

The wind was so blustery this morning that it blew me to the shops and back. I had to go out to buy some ingredients for this  easy to make cake which is very popular with JS. The last cake lasted a surprisingly short time. Being a 'nutaholic ' , I have generously sprinkled this one with almonds.
