Raspberry marshmallows.
Actually I got the first of my lovely guests to do most of the making. I did take charge of the new gadget (spatula incorporating thermometer) though.
Very soft, very sweet, very light, very tasty.
The block before cutting does look rather like blancmange it has to be said.
