Dog tired

Teddy looked very relaxed on the sofa this afternoon. Uneventful day off, got a few jobs done. Finally got round to mending the exercise bike and did 10 minutes, my legs went like jelly!
Went swimming with Rafi after school, the pool is sooo cold. Rafi doesn't seem to notice, but I didn't even warm up after swimming a couple of lengths.
The weather is also really cold today, windy, rainy, sleety, sunny. Usual British weather!
