a night out in Balham

we went to visit my daughter in her new flat and she had done some cooking.
then we went out for supper.
we enjoyed watching this photographer spend what seemed like half an hour taking pics of a neon sign....i wonder if he's a blipper.
granted, it was a good 'bob' sign.
