First-Time Visitor

Looked out my back door this morning to check for bird activity and I saw something strange sitting on the power pole just outside my neighbor's yard. Once I took the picture, I could see that it was some kind of vulture.  There were three of them sitting on three different poles, so I assumed there was roadkill down below, but never found any.  I've had them fly over, but I've never had them stop here before.  I got the most un-obstructed shot I could, but was never able to get one clear of branches and/or wires....Maybe next time....
