Mono Monday - On the Move

Our First Lady has started a campaign to combat childhood obesity called "Let's Move".   It's a great initiative to get us all to move a little more.

The bike trail behind our house is constantly full of people on the move - Older people, young families, athletes in training and people who are healing from injuries.
