Chasing waves

Monomonday: on the move entry. While in Portland I stopped by Cathedral park under the St. John's bridge, to capture something moving. A US Coast Guard cutter went by. Perfect, I thought, and took many pictures. Then this little white dog started chasing the waves made by the passing vessel. So, here is my blip.
