Sundial. Trinty College.
Beautiful sunny day, so I thought this would be an appropriate blip. This is the sundial in Trinity College Great Court, Cambridge. The court is reputed to be the largest in Europe, and was completed by Thomas Neville, master of the college in the early 17th century. The sundial is mounted on a pillar, and I climbed the steps to be able to view it with the shadow showing the time, although it seemed an hour behind my watch. Maybe it's to do with summertime. It felt good being one of the tourists, as I haven't looked around at our Historical City for years.
