Baking

I had an attack of domesticity at lunchtime and did some baking. I figure making my own ginger crunch is cheaper than paying $3,50 a slice.

Mike and I went for a walk when he got home. Did the whole 10000 steps in one go. Will need it to get rid of the ginger crunch I guess.
