Back to winter

I woke up to a very pretty snowy scene, but when the snow started falling heavily again while I was having breakfast, it was sensible to postpone both the day's appointments, which I must admit was a relief. I didn't feel such a wimp when I heard that the schools and the bank in the village were closed.

However, by late morning it was thawing fast, so I donned my Yaktrax and set off for a walk and bliphunt. I liked this one because of the horizontal stripes made by all the rows of trees.

I have plans involving driving tomorrow, so fingers crossed that the thaw continues...
