Snowfall

There was quite a bit of snow overnight - very unusual for here.
Unfortunately, it didn't stay for long, and is now starting to thaw. Spotted this solitary figure on the machair in the morning - contemplating life or his reflection or both, in  a semi-frozen pool of water.
Wonder what is going through his mind?
