At the castle

I've been busy today - out most of the day then out playing at a music session tonight. I needed an emergency blip so popped down the road for a quick shot of the castle. This is looking beyond the ruined tower to the top of the gatehouse.
Over time the castle stone was plundered for buildings in the village and can be seen in lots of old properties. I have quite a bit in my garden wall.
