I brought a bright pink running backpack yesterday and today I put on my big girls pants and for the first time I ran to work.

For the first time I ran in the city.

There was a hill.

I braved the shower at work. I have to say the shower was the scariest part as there was just one little locked door between me and my nakedness and the office.
