A shorter day in the jeep took us to the Arbol De Piedra (a rock that looks a bit like a tree) and some other strange rock formations which we spent a while climbing up. We then went to a few different lagunas and had lunch in front of Volcano Caquella, which was smoking into the clouds. We bought some quinoa beer at a shop near the Salt Hotel we were staying in and then headed to our accommodation for dinner. The salt hotel was surprisingly cosy and the first electricity in 3 days meant I could finally charge my camera for the salt flats on Thursday.
