Had a bit of a pamper evening with my brother, Mark & we used this 'Speed Whitening Gel' on our teeth. You have to apply it to dry teeth with a cotton bud & then keep your lips off your teeth for the next 5 minutes... doesn't sound like much, but it's really hard not to laugh, especially when you are looking at your brother, who is doing the same!
