A close up of some of the daisies that are doing a take-over bit of our patio..
Going on a photography course at Stourhead tomorrow, so hopefully I'll have a more interesting blip..

I had a check up today.
The good news - my blood pressure is 135 over 70, which is nearly down to where my doctor wants it to be.
The bad news - my doctor wants me to join the gym :-(
