Fish eye

A marginally better day, I went for a stroll through St Ives with Miss H, Angus and Reggie. In the hope Miss H might get her appetite back I took them all to Lady B's afterwards, and she did manage half of a hot chocolate, but I knew she was still quite unwell when she left some of the chocolate buttons it came with.

This fish has always been one of my favourite carvings in St Ives ( the chain being my ultimate favourite) and I love it just as much now it is somewhat weathered, and often used as a perch.
