Can you tell I was in the Scouts?

Looks like it's gonna be a tad on the warm side in Edinburgh on Sunday, just the weather to be running 26.2 miles in, don't you think?

Just making sure tonight that I've got everything I need; vest, shoes, shorts, watch, shades, number, fluids, suncream, and of course vaseline - I don't want to chafe...

I'm running the marathon on Sunday in aid of Crohn's and Colitis UK (justgiving) and getting a tour of Edinburgh in the process. Wish me luck, I may need it.
