Unbelievable

The blue car was left parked across the entrance to work for over half an hour this afternoon blocking all traffic in and out. There was a spare legal parking place right in front of him but he did not use it. We called the council to have the car removed however he returned before the tow truck arrived. When we attempted to talk to him he became abusive. Some people have an intetesting approach to life.
