PTFI

I am not sure what this building was before it became derelict - maybe a filling station. It is close to the Yorkshire/Lancashire border so perhaps that is a clue. 

Nor do I know what "PTFI" means but I have found five possible versions:

PT Freeport Indonesia (a mining company)
Philippine Tarsier Foundation Inc
Pilot Trial For Ignition
Presbyterian Theological Faculty Ireland

and my favourite
