It was a delight to receive my copy of Amalarian in Tuscany's book.    This is a sumptuous book in coffee-table form, full of her entries on Blip over the magical two years that led up to the 9 May 2011 when she died unexpectedly.   There is also a deal of fascinating background biography of a very full life.

In the foreword by her husband, Mark, (usually known as "himself") he  is kind enough to quote me - which I feel is a great honour.   Last year, I had a coffee - that ran on into lunch - with Mark in the square in Lucca.  It was a great few hours.

She was a special person, and a wonderful Blipper.
