A beautiful day. Plenty of news from friends and having had a chat to my close friend in Japan and my folks back home, one can't help but feel very worthwhile. It's always good. Sometimes the energy feels so powerful that I'm engulfed in wonder. Ups and downs and clearly I'm in an up.
