A Little More Watertight

Today our roofer arrived to fit the lead flashing between the upstairs part of the house and the balcony.  Prior to this the water proofing had been temporarily provided with silicone injected between the house and the balcony.  The new lead flashing makes a superb seal with no risk of water ingress and is clearly visible between the wall and the decking.
