Bossy Bug

These bugs always seem to collect in clusters around the outside of my window. I think they are attracted to the warmth that is absorbed by the brick on nice days like today. That's the only time I see them out. I don't know what bug this is, but I would like to know more about these cuddle bugs.

I think one bug is here dictating the order in which they might be arranged. What do you think he's up to? :)
