Love them or hate them

This herrig gull makes regular visits to my garden because it knows I hide food in the garden for the blackbirds but the herring gull is ever so clever and manages to find my hidden stashes. I also appear to be feeding a little mouse or shrew I have seen scurrying around and I spotted a wren flying in very low yesterday.
My coughing of the last few days has turned into a proper cold so I haven't ventured out today.
