Cleared

I've been feeling out of sorts and 'bunged up' for quite a while now...too much sitting in a car commuting and behind a desk working is turning my brain to mush. However to day I managed to clear it all by two walks at either end of a widely contrasting day:

a short stop at Port Seton to shoot the boats (again) in the chill misty early morning

and

an evening walk in glorious evening sunshine under a clear blue sky around my usual river walk circuit
