Nordic walking again..

It's good to be back walking at Fawsley Hall Estate. The wind was strong but the sun was bright. A wonderful day for walking.
We tried out new, bungee poles - they give your arms a greater workout but they don't help propel you up the hills like normal Nordic walking poles do!
The sheep are showing no signs of being pregnant but they were late lambers (made up!) last year.
