But is is art?

This is one of the buildings belonging to Winchester School of Art.  I suppose you'd call it post-modern and possibly art in its own right if you were being generous.  But the bicycle now?  I have to say, propped up in this white expanse, with a frame just matching the sky, it looked like a student's art installation rather than a way to get about.  But I'll leave you to judge..

Enjoyed my day and it really felt like spring round here.  In my book winter's now officially finished  :-$
