Wasted day in the sun...

So today I had the plumbers come to fix the leaking radiators. Of course they said they'd be there in the morning and be finished by 1pm so I could take just the morning off work. Instead, they turned up around 10.30am (I admit that is the morning) but there was not a chance they were going to be finished by 1pm!!! So I ended up having to take the whole day off work and stay at home the whole day.

At least I managed to get some washing on the line (first time this year possibly) and I spent the afternoon under the umbrella reading my book in the sunshine. I think the plumbers were jealous!!!
