In flight catering..

I went to walk around another bit of Avebury today, an avenue of prehistoric stones, and was rewarded with this falcon (I think) hunting her elevenses. Next time I'll ramp up the ISO to stand a better chance of freezing the motion. Luckily I had my longest lens on the camera, though as always I could have used a bit more reach.

edit - it's a female sparrowhawk :) I thought kestrel, typed falcon, and was wrong on both :)
