Traction

I went to the physio this morning to get some help with my neck... I am pleased to report that I have a full range of motion again this evening which is great... However my phsyio's also loaned me this traction machine to help stretch everything out,  Dave was pretty horrified when he saw it as it does have a hint of 50 shades of torture about it... 

But on the plus side...  at least I don't look as daft as these two
