A Very Proud Andy

We were down at Bowhill for the very last round of the Bowhill Duathlon series with Rosemary having won two out of two events.

She was under pressure as The Adventure Show were filming the final one and she was getting interviewed! It was a freezing snowy, muddy day too! 

I love the Bowhill Duathlon's they're what sport is all about to me.....a bunch of passionate people having fun and a wonderful event organiser Paul McGreal and his Durty Events!  

Rosemary had a good lead coming off the bike and managed a rapid run to maintain (or maybe even extend) her lead and won three out of three.
