Today has been another 'nothing day'. Done nothing until tea time when I went to pick up my gran for tea at Mum's.
That was a trial, didn't want to talk to anybody and everybody's voice was annoying.

Tomorrow is my last appointment with the hospital, it's with the psychiatrist. All I can think about is next week I will have 5 full days to fill, no appointments or support. I know tomorrow is going to be difficult. I am in tears already.
