Commute From Hell

So good to be back at work when there are three roads closed due to National Rail electrifying the tracks....the A6 is chocka and it's impossible for me to get to the next town (where my parents live and where Hovis has his "usual" walk) without a 5 mile detour. Worst of all is the amount of traffic now having to use one route. Nightmare...and no let up until at least June. I have a plan for tomorrow morning which means a few country miles to avoid this but everyone else might have the same idea!!

Good to be back at work though....a bit of banter and being filled in on all that I've missed....and some actual work, of course!!
