winter has finally arrived

It seems like only yesterday that the summer was about to begin and the Red Sox where starting their season in Japan. Now 173 games later and the Red Sox have fallen just one game short of the world series. Today It's started(it may take a while) to set in that the Red Sox are out and season is over and I have to put my baseball things away for the winter. I always think that when the Red soxs are playing its still summer time but today is the first day I have noticed the cold wind, rain and dark nights. Its going to be a long winter.
