Marco Polo

With a tossed green salad. A Marco Polo is an open face sandwich that is popular at one of our local restaurants. It is an English muffin, split, buttered and toasted and topped with deli sliced ham and deli sliced turkey, broccoli and Hollandaise sauce. It is easy to make, and delicious.
