Skin of Fire

An early start this morning to pick up D at the airport at 7.05am - I'm pleased to say, not as early as her start in Christchurch the catch the flight at 5.45am !
A nice relaxed day then catching up 10 days worth of news and finished with a superb evening at the Domain watching the absolutely spectacular "Skin of Fire" light and fireworks show. The light show was projected onto the wall of the Museum building with a backdrop of fireworks and the rising full moon. Just amazing. No single photo does it justice.
