A sunny morning walk with the spaniel on the Lewes Downs from Glynde over the top to Lewes, down through the Southerham nature reserve, up to Mount Caburn and along the ridge. There were a dozen paragliders from the Sussex Paragliding Centre doing their thing above our heads.
