Rainbow

There had been one early this morning and by the time I got myself out and round to the back garden I missed it. Luckily another better one appeared while I was working in the kitchen , so again I grabbed camera and rushed round to the garden in time .Y.ou can't see the Ben as it was quite misty
The huge larch on the left is probably coming down in the very near future as it moved in the storm and the roots pulled down the dry stane dyke behind it,
We think it would hopefully miss the house but it would bring down the power lines.
We had the pensioners lunch at Brockie's Lodge today, and we were disappointed to be told that this was their last time as it was closing on Sunday. The staff are all worried about losing their jobs. I did feel sorry for the very pleasant young lady who was serving us.
