Headache Day...

Haven't felt like this since thanksgiving. Not sure what the trigger was. Moved heavy boxes at work maybe it pulled my neck. Not feeling chipper. Even this evening it is still buggin!

Still gluten free...still following doctor's orders. Tomorrow I am hoping for clear sailing.
