We Got a Little Rain

We had about a couple of hours of light rain this morning and the garden is loving it. You wouldn't even known it has rained looking at the garden now. It never was cold but now the sun is shinning it has got rather hot at 27c last time I looked.

We are so lucky compared to the West Coast of the South Island as they are experiencing heavy rain and floods. A camper had to be whisked away from rising floodwaters, tourists were trapped by a slip and houses and businesses inundated by torrential rain lashing the West Coast today. They say it is one of the worst floods they have had for a very long time in the area.
