My Valentine Rose

When it was time to put this rose to rest I didn't have the heart to throw it on the compost heap so I just stuck it in the soil outside the front door and it is still holding on!!  Quite amazed at the colours that are still in the petals and amazed that it is still intact.  Quite a hardy little flower.
