Brittany Vega
On June 10th-13th I'll be on Long Island for the simple purpose of paying my respects to a girl that was unfortunate enough to loose her life. I learned about Brittany Vega in late 2010. The more I read about her the more I wanted to break down. She was just a innocent kid she didn't deserve this. I don't think a day has gone by that I don't think about her and her family. Sometimes I think to myself why couldn't I have been there? Why couldn't I have pushed her out of the way or have pulled her into the curb. Or just stop her and tell her she needs to wait until the crosswalk says WALK. I plan to light a candle at her memorial and lay the most beautiful roses on her grave. If I could go to god and exchange my life to bring Brittany back to her family and friends I would. I would love to bring Brittany back into her mothers arms. Brittany loved everyone. It didn't matter whether you were gay or bi or if you were a alcoholic or smoker she would still be your friend. Her favorite color was blue. She loved roses. Her favorite place to eat was Panchos Grill&Bar. She loved her family. Maybe more then they will ever know. She was always there for her friends. Never seen without a smile on her face. Talented singer&musician. Nothing ever rained on her parade. I may have never met her in person but its safe to say that she would have been the best person I could have ever met. This trip will be the first time that I will have flown in a airplane it will also be my first time to view the ocean. I'm looking so forward to it!! (:
