rainy day retrospective

i stepped outside today, and decided to dodge the raindrops & walk into town. its only about a 25 minute walk to downtown, and it gave me a chance to enjoy the rainy autumn day scenery. i went down a couple roads i've never walked down & i found this old car parked on one of them. i personally feel that it should be in a garage somewhere, but it makes me laugh to think someone actually drives this around on a daily basis. there are baseball bobble heads on the back dash, and i took a few pictures of it from different angles.

then i got to the front & the gas cap was partially open. the picture didnt look this cool though, until i got it on the computer. i didnt have to edit the color or anything, it just made me think that this car must have been so beautiful when it was brand new. i hope the people who own it take care of it this winter.

which is coming FAST here in upstate ny!
