Scottish primrose

My original Blip today wasn't very good so as an emergency Blip I photographed this Primula scotica embroidered for me by my eldest daughter some years ago.

I've tried growing this tiny plant many times but it's not very persistent and needs to be re-sown every year or so. I have seen it growing at the edge of a forest plantation right up near the north coast; it's an absolute gem!
