Organised Chaos

A long day as I worked from home in the morning before heading to Northamptonshire to go out on a nightshift.  And what an interesting nightshift it was!  Organised chaos on the motorway network so it was.  After a complete lack of investment in the roads for the past five years, the programme for the next five years is completely the opposite.  The construction industry faces a challenge in delivering the programme in resources, people, vehicles, materials etc.
