Busy day today... and it was warm!!!

Internet.. another 48 hours to wait (that takes us to Tuesday apparently.. I think they are working on a different type of time!!)  We now have the MAC code requested as of yesterday and that has muddled things.. I told them it had nothing to do with the problem.. which we still wanted fixing...we do after all have the right to request it and it lasts 30 days.. but we have instructed another company so.. fingers crossed this problem will just disappear and not compound when they move our line..
